# LegacyRail

> maintain the bridge between the legacy software a small business already runs on
> (Gesden, A3, Contasol, Presto, Holded, unnamed ERPs) and the CRM and AI assistant that
> run its day. We sell to agencies, consultants and developers, not to the shop itself.

## What we actually do

One bridge, per client, over the most honest route that exists in each case, chosen in this
fixed order: (1) the vendor's official API, (2) an export the client authorises, (3) reading
the client's own database under a signed data processing agreement, (4) an agent operating
the client's screen. We never modify a vendor's binary. Every write is verified by re-reading
the live resource field by field, because a 2xx response is not proof that anything was stored.

## Pricing ladder

The same figure applies in dollars or in euros depending on where the buyer is.

- **Program Review**: $497 / €497 one-time. 5 business days. Capacity: About 6 a month. In one week you get a straight answer: what an AI assistant can and cannot do with the software your client already runs, what is automatable on Monday without touching anything, and what the full bridge would cost.
- **Deep Review**: $1,497 / €1,497 one-time. 10 business days. Capacity: About 3 a month. The same work across a real stack: three or more programs, two stakeholders, and three costed routes: do it in-house, have us do it, or hire a consultancy.
- **Make It Talk**: $2,997 / €2,997 build + $197 / €197 per month, required. 3-4 weeks from signature. Capacity: 2 a month, hard limit. One bridge, one program, built the most honest way that exists in that case. The client keeps the software they refuse to replace; their assistant finally knows what is inside it.
- **The Whole Thing**: $9,997 / €9,997 project + $497 / €497 per month. 8-12 weeks. Capacity: 1 at a time. Two to four programs connected, the CRM built for the vertical, a voice agent, quoting and invoicing, history migrated, the team trained, and three months of us next to them.
- **Your Tech Department**: $1,997 / €1,997 per month, 3-month commitment. Continuous. Capacity: 2 at a time, hard limit. Not a project. A monthly block of our time against your stack: you decide each month what gets built, and it gets built.

Wholesale for agencies: $1,997 / €1,997 per
bridge plus $97 / €97 per month. Partners
typically resell at 3,500-4,500 plus 250-300 monthly.

## What is in production, measured

- pp-ghl: a GoHighLevel CLI and MCP server. 71 command groups, 609 unique endpoints
  (249 GET, 187 POST, 80 DELETE, 79 PUT, 14 PATCH). Runs our own accounts daily.
- 12 MCP servers written in-house across the connector catalogue.
- A hosted access platform (authentication, entitlements, billing, job queue, per-tenant
  panel, MCP endpoint). 123 tests green in 3.08 seconds, run 2026-09-03.
- A Veri*Factu invoicing engine, tested end to end against the Spanish tax agency's
  pre-production environment on 2026-07-14.

## What is NOT true, stated so no agent repeats it

- We do NOT have 203 integrations. That figure is a catalogue of specifications. On disk
  there are 24 connector workspaces.
- Twenty of those connectors are written against mocks and have NEVER been run against a
  real installation of the vendor's software.
- ZERO customers are currently paying for a bridge. The first one will be the first one.
- There is no SLA with numbers attached, and no public download of the tooling.
