In one line: we collect the little we need to sell to you and look after you, we never sell your data, and you can ask us what we have or tell us to delete it.

LegacyRail is a brand, not a separate company. Everything on this page is done by EBROTECH LLC, which is also the company behind ebrotech.net.

What we collect

Your name, email, company, country and, only if you gave it, your phone number. What you bought and when. What you write to us when you need help. Which page you were on when you sent us a form, and the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

What we do not collect

This website loads no third-party scripts, no advertising pixels and no analytics cookies. Nothing here follows you anywhere else.

Separately, when we build a bridge for a client, we do not become the owner of that client's data. We act on their instructions under a written data processing agreement, we only read what the bridge needs, and we never take a copy for ourselves. The agreement, not this page, is what governs that work.

What we do with it

Sell to you, give you access, invoice you, answer you, make the product better, and obey the law. Nothing else.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

We do not use your data or your content to train AI models.

Email and messages

You only get email because you ticked the box asking for it and then confirmed by clicking a link. One email a week. Every one of them has a one-click unsubscribe, and that link keeps working for at least 30 days after the last message we send.

Text messages and WhatsApp are a separate box, never pre-ticked, and you never have to agree to them to buy anything. If you did tick it, reply STOP to any message and we stop, or HELP for help. We keep the exact wording you agreed to, the date, the time and the page you were on, because without that proof, consent does not exist.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold on you, get a copy, correct it, or have it deleted: info@ebrotech.net. We will not treat you worse for asking. To check it is really you, we will ask you to confirm the email address you signed up or bought with.

Adults only

LegacyRail is a tool for people running a business, and it is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, do not sign up. If you tell us you are, we delete everything and close the account.

How long we keep it

While you are on the list or a customer. If you unsubscribe, we stop writing that day and keep only the minimum needed to make sure we do not write to you again by mistake. Invoices and contracts are kept for as long as tax and company law require.

Where your data lives

In the United States. If you are writing to us from Europe or Latin America, that is where your details are stored and processed.

Who else sees it

The tools we run the business on: our CRM and automation platform, our email sender, and our payment processor. Each of them sees only what it needs to do its job, none of them is allowed to use it for their own marketing, and we do not have an advertising relationship with any of them.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and anyone on the list gets told in the weekly email. We do not make quiet edits to this one.
