Pricing

Published prices, published limits.

Five rungs. The same figure in dollars or euros, depending on where you are. Every rung says what is in it, how long it takes, and how many of them we can actually take on in a month, because a price without a capacity is a promise nobody can keep.

Program Review

$497 · €497 one-time

In one week you get a straight answer: what an AI assistant can and cannot do with the software your client already runs, what is automatable on Monday without touching anything, and what the full bridge would cost.

  • 30-minute call, then we go and read the software ourselves
  • Up to 2 programs reviewed: official API, export routes, database shape, licence terms
  • 12-18 page report (PDF) plus a 15-minute recorded walkthrough
  • Spreadsheet of tasks ranked by hours saved per month
  • A fixed quote for the bridge, with no obligation to take it

Where the line is: No code is written and nothing is installed at this step.

Deep Review

$1,497 · €1,497 one-time

The same work across a real stack: three or more programs, two stakeholders, and three costed routes: do it in-house, have us do it, or hire a consultancy.

  • Everything in Program Review, across the whole stack
  • Cross-program analysis: which record can travel where without migrating anything
  • Two calls with two people from the client side
  • 12-month roadmap with dependencies and vendor risk flagged
  • Three compared quotes: in-house, us, a consultancy

Where the line is: Still no code. This is the map, not the track.

Where the work actually is

Make It Talk

$2,997 · €2,997 build $197 · €197 per month, required

One bridge, one program, built the most honest way that exists in that case. The client keeps the software they refuse to replace; their assistant finally knows what is inside it.

  • One bridge to one program, in whichever direction the job needs
  • Route chosen in this order: official API → an export the client authorises → their local database under signed contract → the agent driving the screen
  • Data lands in their GoHighLevel and their AI assistant: reminders, dormant customers, reviews, unpaid invoices, calendar
  • Three automations running on their real records, not on samples
  • Data processing agreement signed before anything is touched
  • 30 days: if it does not work on their real data, the build fee comes back

Where the line is: We never touch the vendor's binary, and we never ship a bridge without the monthly. A bridge nobody maintains is a bomb on a timer.

The Whole Thing

$9,997 · €9,997 project $497 · €497 per month

Two to four programs connected, the CRM built for the vertical, a voice agent, quoting and invoicing, history migrated, the team trained, and three months of us next to them.

  • 2 to 4 programs connected
  • Full CRM build for the vertical, plus a voice agent
  • Quoting and compliant invoicing where it applies (Veri*Factu engine, tested end to end against the Spanish tax agency's pre-production environment on 2026-07-14)
  • Historical data migrated
  • Team training and three months of hand-holding

Where the line is: One at a time. It consumes the only resource that does not scale.

Your Tech Department

$1,997 · €1,997 per month, 3-month commitment

Not a project. A monthly block of our time against your stack: you decide each month what gets built, and it gets built.

  • Monthly block of hours, priority response
  • Everything from The Whole Thing, kept alive
  • New programs picked up as they appear
  • Monthly report of what was built and what it saved
  • Higher blocks at 3,997 and 7,997 per month. One-off day outside the block: 1,497

Where the line is: Two clients at a time. Selling a third would mean not delivering, so we do not sell a third.

Reselling instead of buying

Wholesale, for agencies

If you are an agency and the client is yours, you do not pay the retail figures above. A bridge is $1,997 · €1,997 plus $97 · €97 a month, and partners resell it at 3,500-4,500 with 250-300 monthly. We stay invisible.

Pricing questions

Before you ask us by email.

Why is the price the same number in dollars and euros?

Because currency conversion theatre wastes everyone's time. Europe pays in euros, everywhere else pays the same figure in dollars. The invoice comes from EBROTECH LLC in the United States either way.

Does the review fee come off the build?

Program Review comes off in full if you commission the bridge within 30 days. Deep Review comes off at half. After 30 days it does not, because by then we have re-read the software anyway.

Can I buy the build without the monthly?

No. The monthly is what makes the bridge survive the vendor's next update, and a bridge that dies quietly is worse than no bridge. If the monthly is the problem, take the review first and see whether the automation is worth it at all.

What does the 30-day guarantee actually cover?

If the bridge does not work against the client's real data within 30 days of delivery, the build fee is refunded. It does not cover a client changing their mind, and it does not cover a vendor revoking access after delivery: that is what the monthly is for.

Do you invoice with VAT?

EBROTECH LLC is a United States company and invoices from there. Whether you self-account for VAT in your country is your call and your accountant's; we put the required data on the invoice and answer questions in writing.

Is there a discount for a second bridge on the same program?

Yes, and it is the honest reason partners are interesting to us. The second client on the same software costs us roughly a fifth of the first, and the quote reflects it. Ask before you sign the first one so you can plan the second.
